A float is entered in the St. Patrick's Day parades in Philadelphia and
Springfield. A party is held following the Philadelphia Parade. For the
past three years the Society has been awarded top prize in the float
category. Many pictures of the floats are available in the Gallery.
The annual Philadelphia parade was held on Sunday March 14. Thanks to everyone who joined us in the rain and at the party afterwards.
We are the winner of the Geoge Costello Award for the best float, it has been a few years since we won this award, so congratulations to all who worked so hard for many weeks.
